Turning industrial automation into an open, collaborative ecosystem and bridging the gap of 20 years to IT.

Welcome to my personal website - where I share what inspires me: insights on automation, ecosystems, technology, and AI. You’ll also find an archive of podcasts I’ve participated in.
I’m Director Partner Ecosystem at Bosch Rexroth, where I help to shape and scale the ctrlX OS Ecosystem.
Together with our partners, we’re building one of the most open platforms in industrial automation: secure by design, programmable for everyone, and made for co-creation.
My life went from Grimma (Leipzig area), Germany → Paris, France → San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina → Würzburg, Germany where I live with my family today.
This page and its domain elkrause.de have been existing since 2003 as a personal blog in all kind of different forms and is my web technology playground.
