Ecosystem Visionary Driving Open Automation Revolution

Hans Michael Krause serves as the Director ctrlX World 🌍 Ecosystem, in the automation business unit within Bosch Rexroth AG located in Lohr am Main, Germany. Since September 2020, he has been entrusted with the task of developing the ctrlX World ecosystem and managing its partnerships. His primary objective is to attract partner companies to collaborate within the open automation system known as ctrlX AUTOMATION, offering customers access to a highly engaging and captivating open ecosystem.

Michael has been a dedicated member of the Bosch Rexroth team since 2007. In his previous roles, he demonstrated his expertise by overseeing market and product management for PLC and IoT solutions. Before that, he had responsibilities related to serving machine builders and fast-moving consumer goods end users within the packaging machine market segment. His journey in the field of automation technology commenced in Argentina, where he operated his own engineering office.

Michael holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management, complemented by a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Automation Technology from the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He further expanded his horizons by pursuing studies at EPF École d’ingénieurs in France and Universidad Nacional de Tucumán in Argentina.
